Does FX Recall back up my plugins or transfer my licenses?
No. FX Recall saves an inventory of installed plugins and any notes you add. It does not copy plugin files, sample libraries or presets, and it does not move license activations. You still use each vendor's installer and license manager on the new computer.
How many computers can I use FX Recall on?
There is no computer limit. You can scan and save plugin inventories from as many Mac or Windows computers as you need under one FX Recall account, including on the free plan.
Can I scan without an account?
Yes. You can scan installed plugins without signing in. Sign in to save your inventory to the cloud so you can access it when you change computers.
